    What do we offer you?

    Alimentaria FoodTech 2023 will offer schools and/or universities in the sector the opportunity to visit the show with groups of students.
    • Dates
    Groups will be allowed to visit the show choosing a single day. Requests for both days will not be accepted.
    • No. of students
    Maximum 100 students per school/university.
    • Price
    €15 per person, reserved exclusively for groups of students and teachers.
    • No. of teachers
    Minimum 1, maximum 3.

    Requirements

    Student groups must meet the following conditions without exception:
    • The school must teach studies related to the food and beverage production sector.
    • Students must be over 18 years of age and be accompanied by a minimum of 1 teacher per group and a maximum of 3.
    • Alimentaria Exhibitions reserves the right to accept the group according to the established criteria, the number of students per group/per school and to cancel any incomplete registrations.
    • The organisers reserve the right to establish a maximum number of visits per day from schools in the sector, with the aim of providing exhibiting companies with the maximum number of professional visits.
    • Student registrations made through online pre-registration will not be considered valid as they are exclusively reserved for the purchase of tickets for the professional public.
    Please note that in order to complete the form it is necessary to know the number of students and teachers who will be attending, as well as the specific day of the visit. From that moment on, applications will be evaluated in strict order of registration, until the quota per day of students established by the organisation is covered.
