Hosted Buyers Programme
The Hosted Buyers programme aims to ensure the presence of high level international professionals.
Hosted Buyers may benefit from total or partial coverage of travel expenses, enjoy special conditions for visiting the trade fair and holding meetings with the exhibiting companies.
Who can participate in the Hosted Buyers Programme?
Professionals of international companies of high level, with capacity of prescription, purchase and/or investment.
What are the benefits of being part of the programme?
- Free Hosted Buyer's badge of preferential access to the trade fair for all the days of the celebration.
- Permanent access to the VIP Lounge: a rest area, bar service.
- Dedicated service during the trade show available at the VIP Lounge.
- Customised meetings agenda with exhibitors.
What are the commitments of the programme?
- Attend the trade fair for at least 2 days.
- Make the meetings agenda with exhibitors of your interest through Alimentaria FoodTech Matchmaking.
- Hold at least 10 meetings with exhibitors of your interest.*
*The planning of the meeting agenda will be done through the organisation.

The Hosted Buyers selection is determined according to the participation criteria indicated by the organisation of Alimentaria FoodTech.
