The next edition of Alimentaria FoodTech, to be held on September 26th to 29th, 2023, at the Gran Via venue of Fira Barcelona will target to increase its industry-wide offer and international participation. The trade fair expects to bring together more than 1.000 brands through more than 400 exhibitors who will showcase the latest innovations in technology, equipment, and ingredients for the food and beverage industry.
