    In-person training pill: Valorization and use of by-products from the agri-food industry.

    Agroindustrial production processes generate waste that, in addition to the negative externalities they imply for the environment and communities; They mean financial losses for companies.

    Many of what are considered “waste” by food industries are actually byproducts that can be used and valued with the appropriate technologies and techniques within the Circular Economy model.

    The training will close with a practical success story of the Colombian giant Nutresa in the valorization of the “campiñonaza”.
