    The Innova and Emprende awards were born in the 14th edition of the fair. In the third edition, these two awards once again encouragee and recognised research and business dynamism.
    Logotipo Foodtech awards Innova

    The Innova award recognises the most innovative products or services presented by exhibitors at Alimentaria FoodTech. This award contributes to the promotion of innovative projects developed by companies in the machinery, technology and ingredients sector for the food and beverage industry.

    Innovation must mean a substantial improvement in utility or applicability that adds value and relevance to the company and society.

    The Emprende award recognises entrepreneurial projects that contribute to technological innovation in the transformation and/or conservation of food and/or beverages. This award contributes to the promotion of creative projects developed by entrepreneurial companies in the sector of machinery, technology and ingredients for the food industry. Innovation must mean a substantial improvement in utility or applicability that adds value and relevance to the company and society.
